Jessica Sferlazzo

With a diverse career spanning retail management and non-profit organizational management, Jessica has always been driven by a passion for people and their potential. After retiring from a successful career in retail, where she honed her skills in team management, customer service, and operations, Jessica transitioned into the non-profit sector, working for a business incubator. Here, she further developed her ability to identify potential and nurture growth in budding entrepreneurs. 

Recognizing a need for a more personalized approach to recruitment, Jessica decided to leverage her unique skills and experiences to partner with Nicole creating May River Recruiting (MRR). Their firm is dedicated to connecting businesses with top talent, ensuring a perfect fit that benefits both parties.
